At Padel Rackets, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your new racket doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging with the protective grip plastic intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the padel racket in its original box, ensuring any included accessories like covers or overgrips are placed inside.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
