Beginners should look for round-shaped rackets with a large sweet spot for better control. Intermediate and advanced players often prefer teardrop or diamond shapes for increased power and technical precision.
What is your shipping policy for international orders?
We offer worldwide shipping. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours, and delivery times range from 3 to 7 business days depending on your location and the selected shipping method.
Can I return a racket if I have already used it?
To be eligible for a full refund, rackets must be returned in their original, unused condition with the plastic wrap still on the handle. We cannot accept returns for rackets that show signs of play on the court.
Do your rackets come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all our Padel rackets come with a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty covering structural defects and craftsmanship issues. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from impact with walls/floors.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer interest-free installment plans through Klarna and Affirm.
How should I maintain my Padel racket to ensure it lasts?
Avoid leaving your racket in extreme temperatures, such as a hot car. We recommend using a protective tape on the frame and storing it in a padded thermal bag to protect the foam core from moisture and heat.
